CURATORING SLOW & LOW
CREATING AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
Since our first Slow & Low in 2011, we are deeply committed to curating and presenting some of Chicago's best creative talent. When you attend Slow & Low, you will find an incredible roster of deejays and live performances by folkloric dance collectives or bands playing various music, from corridos to soul. Artist installations pop up in floral installations, a miniature car collection, large-scale textile sculptures, indoor and outdoor designed photo booth wall decals, a vendor market featuring primarily black and brown makers and entrepreneurs, and models posing with attendees or club members.
