2025 EXHIBITOR APPLICATIONS!

1. How early can I arrive on event day, Saturday, October 11th? All approved exhibitors may enter Festival Hall at Navy Pier starting at 8:30 AM. Wristbands will be checked by Navy Pier Security at the main Festival Hall Entrance. DO NOT ENTER through the loading dock. 

2. Can car clubs park together inside Festival Hall? Yes, but only if you arrive together as a group. We strongly recommend coordinating your arrival to ensure proximity. Please note: we cannot hold spaces for late arrivals during Load-In.

3. When will I receive my admission wristbands? You will receive your wristbands during Load-In Day at Check-In.

4. When will I receive my Discounted Parking Pass for event day? You will receive your Discounted Parking Pass during Load-In Day at Check-In. 

5. Is discounted off-site parking available? Yes. [View Discounted Parking Options Here]

6. What are the event hours? Doors open at 10:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Navy Pier Security will ask all general public to exit Festival Hall at 8:00 PM. 

7. How long will it take to exit after the event ends? Please plan for up to 2.0 hours to exit Festival Hall due to high volume.

8. Can I bring outside alcohol during Load-In or on event day? No. All trunks will be inspected by Navy Pier Security. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

9. Can I smoke inside Festival Hall? No. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Violators may be escorted out by Navy Pier Security and could face charges.

10. Can I play music from my vehicle during the event? Yes—but please keep volume low and respectful. Do not interfere with the festival's scheduled performances or other exhibitors. Navy Pier Security may require you to reduce volume or turn off music. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event.

11. Can I set up a tent or canopy near my vehicle? No. Only approved individuals are permitted to set-up a tent or canopy near your vehicle. 

12. Can a club set-up a 'Club Tent'? Yes but a separate application and fee is required. Only one (1) Club Tent is permitted.

14. Can I buy tickets on event day? Yes, tickets will be available at kiosks on the 1st floor of Navy Pier.

15. Can I leave and re-enter Festival Hall during the event? Yes. Re-entry is allowed, but all guests must pass through security again upon return.

16. Is there a security screening at the entrance? Yes. Navy Pier Security conducts bag checks and security wanding for all attendees.

17. Will I receive a 2025 Exhibitor Dash Plaque? Yes! You’ll receive your commemorative dash plaque during Load-In Day at Check-In.

APPROVAL: All Exhibitors/Entrants are subject to approval by Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival organizers and must pass final inspection at the door determined in their sole and absolute discretion. Pre-registration must complete an application and pay entry fees before the deadline date. Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival reserves the right to refuse any entry not deemed appropriate by it in its sole and absolute discretion. 

All Exhibitors Must remain in the venue throughout the entire run of show.  

Absolutely no early exits. Absolutely no festival day arrivals. 

Car clubs must arrive together for group placement.

ENTRY FEES: 

Vehicle Exhibitor – $65.00 each

Includes: 3 wristbands (a $45 value), 1 discounted Navy Pier parking pass for 10/11 (first-come, first-park), Official Slow & Low Swag Bag ($20 Value)

Motorcycle Exhibitor – $55.00 each

Includes: 2 wristbands (a $30 value), 1 discounted Navy Pier parking pass for 10/11 (first-come, first-park), Official Slow & Low Swag Bag ($20 Value)

Bicycle or Pedal Car Exhibitor Only – $35.00 each

Includes: 1 wristband, 1 discounted Navy Pier parking pass for 10/11 (first-come, first-park), Official Slow & Low Swag Bag ($20 Value)

ENTRY PASSES: 

Vehicle Registration (car, truck, van): Includes three (3) entrance tickets per Exhibitor Application

Motorcycle Registration: Includes two (2) entrance tickets per Exhibitor Application

Bicycle Registration: Includes one (1) entrance ticket per Exhibitor Application

Pedal Car Only Registration includes one (1) entrance ticket per Exhibitor Application

Additional Entrance Tickets: Purchase via www.navypier.org. 

SLOW & LOW DOES NOT RECEIVE ANY PORTION OF THE ENTRANCE FEES. 

FEES: Entry/Exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival refuses entry. “No Shows” are eligible for one (1) ticket, accompanied by legal identification.

LIABILITY: By signing this Application at the time of the event or by submitting an online application, the Exhibitor (“Entrant”) for and on behalf of themselves and their respective heirs, companies, partnerships, corporations, consultants, agents, advisors, fiduciaries, management personnel, executors, personal representatives, administrators, insurers, trustee, successors, assigns, switchmen and all owners and operators of the car, truck, van, bicycle and/or motorcycle (collectively, “Vehicle”) entered hereunder (collectively, the “Indemnifying Party”) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival, Navy Pier Inc. and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and the Chicago Park District, Chicago Lowrider Festival, Chicago Urban Art Society, their Facilities, Agents, officers, board members, volunteers, employees, and the undersigned, its licensors, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions and its and their respective present, former and future officers, directors, shareholders, board members, management personnel, consultants, advisors, predecessors, parents, representatives, servants, holding companies, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, insurers, fiduciaries, successors and assigns including, but not limited to, Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival, Navy Pier Inc. and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and the Chicago Park District, Chicago Lowrider Festival, Chicago Urban Art Society, all event sponsors and owners and operators of the event facility (collective, the “Indemnified Party”) from and against any and all damages, claims, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) and losses (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or in connection with (a) a breach by the Indemnifying Party of any rule, regulation, requirement, term, warranty, covenant, representation or condition contained in this Application and (b) damage to tangible personal property, for personal injury and/or death proximately caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnifying Party. The Indemnifying Party further agrees to accept any and all responsibility and liability for the risk of loss, damage, destruction, and injury (including death) to their person, the Vehicle displays, and all other personal property and related items belonging to them and/or which are in their care, custody, possession or control before, during and after the show and at this moment fully and voluntarily assumes all such risks and for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, releases the Indemnified Party from any and all Claims arising out of or in connection in addition to that. Entrant further acknowledges, affirms, and represents that they have obtained any and all necessary consents, waivers, releases, and authorizations required to execute and enter into this Application on behalf of and bind each and every Indemnifying Party hereto. This Application and the Application (collectively “Application”) shall be governed by and interpreted by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to or Application of principles of choice of law. In any proceeding arising from or related to the enforcement and/or interpretation of this Application, the Indemnified Party as the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs, which includes reasonable attorneys’ fees, against the non-prevailing party. No modification, alteration, waiver, or change in any of the terms of this Application shall be valid or binding upon the Indemnified Party unless made in writing and duly executed by the Indemnified Party from whom a waiver is sought. The provisions of this Application shall be severable. If any of them are held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary to cure such invalidity. The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision shall not affect any other.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE: Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival, Navy Pier Inc. and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and the Chicago Park District, Chicago Lowrider Festival, Chicago Urban Art Society reserve the right to photograph, videotape, film and/or reproduce in any medium, the event, any Entrant/Exhibitor, person and/or Vehicle for any future use, at no compensation to Entrant/Exhibitor, the Indemnifying Party or any other third party, person or entity as Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival, Navy Pier Inc. and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and the Chicago Park District, Chicago Lowrider Festival, Chicago Urban Art Society shall have the absolute and unfettered right to use, sell, license and/or publish Entrant’s name, picture, biography and /or likeness in connection with being the owner and/or operator of the Vehicle along with all other content, images, materials, artwork, graphics, pictures, video, data or additional information of any kind concerning the event and/or Vehicle (collectively, “DATA”), all such DATA and rights to it being the sole and exclusive property of Slow & Low: Chicago Lowrider Festival, Navy Pier Inc. and Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority and the Chicago Park District, Chicago Lowrider Festival, Chicago Urban Art Society, and Entrant, for and on behalf of themselves and the Indemnifying Party, upon executing this Application, waives and surrenders any and all Claims against the Indemnified Party in connection in addition to that.

SAFETY: All fire regulations must be followed to the letter or be subject to being banned from future events. Entrant acknowledges that they have received, reviewed, and agree to any and all rules, regulations, requirements, terms, warranties, covenants, representations, and conditions contained in this Application which is incorporated herein by reference. 

FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Upon entry, a Navy Pier Fire Marshall will conduct gas tank checks. Fuel tanks should contain minimal fuel, not exceeding one-quarter (1/8) tank. Gas tanks containing liquefied gas fuel should have a means of determining the actual quantity of fuel, such as a gauge or level. All vehicle fuel tanks and fill openings must be closed and sealed to prevent tampering and the potential escape of fuel vapors. Fueling or de-fueling of vehicles is prohibited inside the building.

OUTSIDE BEVERAGES & VEHICLE CHECKS: Private alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the venue. If found by Navy Pier security these items will be confiscated and disposed of.  Upon load-in, all vehicles are subject to search and seizure.  During the event, Navy Pier Security will closely monitor and seize all unapproved alcoholic beverages if found. Navy Pier Security reserves the right to remove an individual physically from the premises if non-compliance. 

MUSIC AMPLIFICATION MONITORING: Extreme and loud music amplification will not be tolerated. Navy Pier Security will closely monitor sound amplification from each Exhibitor and may be asked to lower the sound.
